Additionally, we represent individuals in federal court litigation, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Please note that we are currently not accepting new asylum or deportation cases.  

Further, our attorneys work closely with criminal lawyers in advising them of the immigration consequences of criminal activity.   We strategize with criminal attorneys to ensure that her clients accept pleas to criminal offenses with the minimum adverse immigration consequences.
